Return and Refund Policy

At Overlays, we want you to love your purchase.

Returns

If you would like to return an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

Please note that returned orders may take longer to process once received.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the item and packaging. We will either issue a refund or SEND a replacement package at no extra cost.

Order Errors

If we made a mistake with your order (such as sending the wrong item), we will SEND the correct item or issue a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, some items may not be eligible for return once opened or worn.
