At Overlays, we carefully prepare and ship each order to ensure it arrives safely.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During high order volumes, holidays, or special product launches, processing times may take slightly longer.
Shipping Time
Shipping times vary depending on the destination and shipping carrier. Orders shipped to locations farther from our shipping center may require additional delivery time.
Weather & External Delays
Severe weather, natural events, holidays, or other unexpected circumstances may impact processing or shipping times. These delays are outside of our control, and we appreciate your patience during these situations.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Overlays is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been shipped, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier. While we will do our best to assist, Overlays is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.
